The Master / Harold Saxon

Specifically for the benefit of canonmates, with regards to how I play him, and thoughts on how certain canon events have affected him... and how that might inform his CR. There's a bit of OOC/IRL mun knowledge scattered through toward the end, too, and discussion of a few triggering subjects, so. If you'd care not to read that, I've marked where it starts. You won't lose any of the IC stuff by leaving off there.

Since the Master is hundreds of years old and only has a limited number of appearances in canon, it's safe to say there are A TON OF THINGS that happened to him that aren't canon.

If you want to assume that he has a history with your character, here's the place to share, from PSLs to tiny details like "one time they got drunk at Milliways bar together and started a bar brawl with Ford Prefect and Zaphod Beeblebrox" to "remember that time at the Academy on Gallifrey when we pranked Romana?"
